NEXT Delft: Smart Building Management in Action

NEXT Delft isn’t just another office building. Through close collaboration between Coneco, Lomans, bGrid, ASR Real Estate and VBoptimum, it has become a showcase for truly future-proof building management.

In a recent (Dutch-language) interview published by Coneco, Frank Visscher from VBoptimum explains how one integrated system forms the intelligent heart of NEXT Delft — increasing comfort, reducing energy consumption and making building operations more predictable.

With predictive algorithms and a Digital Twin, the building’s systems — from HVAC and charging points to batteries and solar power — are no longer reactive, but proactive.
