Pre scan
Pre-scan aims to investigate the feasibility for smart control for a building. It looks at the building, the installations and the operation of the building management system. The result is a clear report with business case and plan of action.
Validation & monitoring 'VBvalidate'
Every project starts with a comprehensive validation. The goal is to get to know the building and validate the operation of the installations. For this purpose, the Digital Twin is set up and linked to the building management system. At this stage, only for reading.
24/7 Optimization with smart steering 'VBoptimize'
After the validation, we will activate the smart controls in consultation with the customer. First as a test, but often permanently right away. Algorithms predict the most optimal use of energy 24 hours in advance to achieve maximum comfort. The controls and predictions are visible in the portal and if necessary the system can always be switched off (which would rarely happen).
Data driven sustainable investments 'VBsimulate'
The Digital Twin is getting to know the building better and better. It provides a wealth of information for further sustainability. We can run simulations in which new installation concepts such as heat pumps, air handling units or insulation are calculated on a 24-hour basis. This allows you to make the right choices and gives you certainty when making investments.

BMS and energy control
With knowledge of installations and control technology, we remotely monitor controls, comfort and energy use. Together with the installer and client, we ensure optimal operation and consult periodically on management and improvements.

Dynamic energy prices, solar panels, batteries and/or congestion challenges? Our algorithms steer the total energy system to the optimum. With comfort as a starting point, we provide the optimal balance between energy price, availability, storage and deployment. Most sustainable and cheapest.
