The software is ISO 27001 certified and has passed the necessary pen tests for this. The system uses Microsoft Azure where data is stored on servers within Europe. At the supplier Priva, security is an important pillar. Based on a strategic company policy, this theme has been elaborated in various well-secured activities.
In addition, white papers are available explaining exactly how the data connection is established, how the cloud connector works and how your IT department can secure it completely.
he Digital Twin with its predictive controls fits virtually any office, school or logistics building with a building management system. We usually apply this in buildings from 5,000 m2 to 50,000 m2. And it is completely brand-independent. So we can work with any brand of building management system. We connect with a universal cloud connector via BACnet, MODbus or XML.
You only reimburse the cost of the Prescan in which a Plan of Action is made for your specific building(s)*. We implement the tool, validate the installations and present the insights. The tool will control the installations 24/7, improve comfort and save more energy costs than the annual subscription. As an indication, we can assume a subscription with services and licence of around €0.15 per m2 per month**. Any costs of the installer or solving existing problems in the installations are brought into focus during the prescan and are initially excluded from this.
We often see landlords include these annual costs in the service costs. After all, the tenant will (in many cases) pay less energy costs. And gets a better functioning installation and better comfort in return. Moreover, the CO2 footprint of the building is reduced, which contributes to the climate goals the tenant (possibly) also has.
*Prescan, with site visit and presentation depending on the size of the building, is often only a few days' work. The investment in this is therefore often limited and manageable.
