Predictive control based on algorithms requires a basic installation that is in order. Connecting ecoBuilding revealed a number of structural improvements in the installation. As a result, the boilers are now able to operate significantly more efficiently, air and water flows in the building are much better distributed and the building has become more comfortable for employees. The fact that we simultaneously showed as much as 37% savings in energy costs is, of course, phenomenal. VB Optimum carried out this project together with Priva and De Jong Installatietechniek.
