ASR Dutch Science Park Fundinvests for sustainability value as they call it themselves. A real estate investor that goes for sustainability with a long-term view on buildings. For the office building in which Exact is located in Delft, a.s.r. Real Estate decided, in consultation with the tenant, to implement ecoBuilding. At the same time, the Priva HX building management system will be updated to the latest BlueID version. A project that will be delivered in summer 2023 and results will be shared by then.
The aim is to save 15-25% energy, optimise comfort and improve plant management with monitoring.
