A beautiful project under construction. VB Optimum is already included here directly in the new building. The aim is to have the climate system controlled predictively. It must take into account future solar radiation so that the underfloor heating and cooling system will work together optimally. Renewable energy from the solar panels should be used efficiently and the building should operate as energy-efficiently as possible. The project is currently underway and when the first results are known, it will be written about.
